Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Burrito Monday is the best thing thats happen to me. Great food, great atmosphere but only down side is that it can get kinda expensive for a college kid. Defiantly look forward to it every Monday.

I had such high hopes for Moe's! Coming from Colorado, where Chipotle is king, I was excited to see what Moe's had. I've gotten a burrito bowl and a regular burrito. The first time I got tofu in it which was way over-seasoned and ruined the whole bowl. My burrito the second time around was better; I had learned my lesson. Also, if you're going to brag so much about your salsa bar, the salsa should actually be good. It is not the business! The staff was friendly, and the general ambiance was fine. But it'll be a while before I come back.

First time ever to a moes, Perry behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and ingrediants walking me through step by step on how to complete my order with a smile on the whole time. Great service, great food and great deals. I will be back for sure. Only negative comment I can come up with though is the lobby and tables were filthy and took a minute to find a clean booth to sit at.

I love Moes. The Wrong Doug is perfect for when I'm craving something with grilled veggies and beans. I usually get the tofu. The queso is legit. The only drawback is the location. It's well hidden. Service is always friendly. Can't go wrong.

Welcome to Moes!! The food at this Moes is amazing, however the service is always rather slow and the tables are always very dirty. Also, the new drink machine seems cool, but always makes a long line that's sometimes not worth it. I think that this location should add more (if they decide to use these machines). That way the line will be cut down and more people can use them, like before. Overall, the food is great, however the service could be improved and the restaurant could be cleaned. 3/5 stars!

"Welcome to Moe's!" These three little words are sometimes the BEST words of my week! I have been addicted to this chain restaurant since I was introduced to it in my early years of college. Relatively cheap, fast, made-to-order Mexican food. What else could a college kid ask for? The location in Bowling Green doesn't always throw out the heartiest "Welcome to Moe's" and sometimes could be a little cleaner, but the staff is always nice, and I often walk away with a free cookie or drink. My friend even scored a free meal once (it's because she's gorgeous)!! There's something about the atmosphere of Moe's that makes me enjoy my burrito (joey and a bag of donuts) much more when dining in the restaurant as opposed to taking my meal to go. The iconic music selection, funky posters, and pop-culture influenced menu titles are quite entertaining. My only complaint about Moe's is definitely that the food isn't the healthiest. Chipotle Ranch Sauce? Amazingly delicious, but nowhere near healthy. I'm glad to see that they now offer wheat tortillas (which truly do taste better) and even some "low-cal" burrito choices. Multiple salsa options, accompanied with tons of variety on the assembly line, and free unlimited chips ensue that all are capable of creating a delicious meal no matter what you're craving!

Why can't this town just get a Chipotle?! This is a cheap imitation with half the selection, half the quality, half the portions, and double the price! The salsa bar is nice, but you're only given a few chips to make use of it with. The dining area is fast-food like and sometimes dirty. If you have a taco craving, it'll do, but otherwise don't bother.

Moe's sucks. It's dirty and the food is awful. Chipotle they are not.
